Biography
Dr. Mingyuan Meng is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Computer Science, the University of Sydney. He received a BE degree from Tsinghua University in 2018. Then, he received MPhil/PhD degrees from the University of Sydney in 2021/2025, supervised by Prof. Jinman Kim and Prof. David Dagan Feng. He also serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of Translational Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, supervised by Prof. Lei Bi.
His research focus is deep learning for medical image analysis, especially in medical image dense prediction and image-based diagnosis/prognosis. His research projects involve medical image registration, segmentation, and reconstruction, as well as multi-modal image-based survival prediction and report generation.
